At The Pottery Shed Swinfen, we understand that plans can change. However, to ensure fairness and availability for all our customers, we have the following cancellation policy in place:

Deposits are non-refundable – When booking a session or party, your deposit secures your spot and covers preparation costs. 

You may reschedule your booking to a different date, subject to availability, if you provide at least 24 hours’ notice. If you cancel within 24 hours of your booking, your session cannot be moved and the deposit will be forfeited. 

If you do not attend your booked session without prior notice, we cannot offer a refund or reschedule.
